Martha’s Plantation is a pretty, newer neighborhood tucked away just off 319N. It is super convenient to WalMart, Gateway Shopping Center, and Publix. If you are like us and make multiple trips for groceries each week this is a wonderful benefit! It’s also just a quick trip to downtown Thomasville.
The neighborhood is gated, and they were all decorated for Christmas when we stopped by.
The neighborhood has winding streets with pretty street signs and street lights. Even though the neighborhood is newer, there are plenty of trees so it feels as though it has been around longer.
There is also a large park area with a shelter that is great for parties and gatherings along with a playground for the kids.
We happen to know several great families who live in Martha’s Plantation, and Kris’ family lived there for 7 years. Kris says, “We enjoyed how safe and kid friendly the neighborhood felt. We also loved the people, they are just good people and great neighbors. The neighborhood is very active and gets together throughout the year for dinners, parties, egg hunts, and much more.”
