It’s that time of year when everyone says, “I need a photo for my Christmas card!”
Finding the right outfit, finding the right location, thinking of how to bribe the kids…we’ve all been there, right?
We thought it would be fun to take a little of the stress off your plate by sharing a great Thomasville location with you. Because Ursula of Ursula Page Photography is an expert, we called on her for advice. She took us to her favorite location which you can learn about in the video below. It’s a little off the beaten path but well worth the short drive to get there!
Hubbard Christmas Tree farm is located at 496 Hubbard Lane in Thomasville, Georgia 4.8 miles north on Hwy 319.
There is no fee if you are photographing your own family, and there is a nominal fee of $25 if you bring a photographer.
I’m guessing that only in the south do you drive by palm trees to get to the Christmas trees.
The winding road is very pretty and would be an alternative spot for beautiful photos.
There is a large range in tree sizes so you should be able to find exactly what you need. Remember to bring a pretty blanket with you and any props, if desired.
The Christmas trees provide an amazing backdrop, but if you turn around and look away from the trees the view is just as awesome.
Have you ever seen a prettier stand of pine trees for photos? The different options just within the trees is limitless.
