Pop-bys are a great way to keep in touch with clients. I schedule them seasonally to coincide with a publication I distribute.

When I deliver my winter edition of my “Real Estate Review” booklet, I also give out a pop by gift. My booklet is eight pages and filled with information that is helpful to those in my local area.

I created printables for two pop-by gifts.

Some people receive a box of movie theater candy along with a code for a free DVD rental from Redbox. This printable works great around a box of Whoppers. The printable is simple because I didn’t want to use a whole color print cartridge to print these, and I also wanted to have room to write a note.

Others receive holiday specs. When you wear these specs while looking at Christmas lights it turns the lights into Santa Claus faces. (You can also buy different designs: snowflakes, candy canes, etc.)

I made a simple printable to use with the specs. Again, the printable is simple because I didn’t want to use a whole color print cartridge to print these, and I also wanted to have room to write a note.

The santa faces appear more clearly than this photo shows, but it gives you a general idea of how they work.
